An unfinished military Cesky Krumlov Monument of Victory also called "Little Castle Ptaci Hradek" was built in commemoration of the victory of the united army of Russia, Austria and Prussia over Napoleon Bonaparte in the battle of Leipzig in 1813. The whole construction was stopped for lack of money and it was only roofed over. A commander of the united army was a brother of duke of Cesky Krumlov Karel I. Filip of Schwarzenberg. The design of the monument was made by the builder Jan Sallaba. Cesky Krumlov Little Castle Ptaci Hradek is not in a good condition now and it is waiting for reconstruction.
